01 Consultation
Every project begins with a conversation. During this meeting we discuss your goals, your property, and the vision you have for your home. This helps us determine the best approach and whether the project is a good fit moving forward.
02 Pre-Construction
In the preconstruction phase we develop the design, refine the scope of work, and establish a clear budget. Planning thoroughly at this stage ensures the project moves forward efficiently and minimizes surprises during construction.
03 Construction
Once plans and details are finalized, construction begins. We coordinate the work, manage schedules, and maintain clear communication so you always understand progress and what comes next.
04 Post-Construction
As the project nears completion, we walk through the home together to ensure every detail meets expectations. Even after the project is finished, we remain available to address questions and support your new space.
